Use the service with a permitted adult photo, keep AI disclosures and respect the people and rights involved. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.

Permitted subjects and input

The person whose likeness you submit must be at least 18 and have reached legal adulthood where they live. Use your own likeness or obtain the person's explicit permission for AI-generated images and videos, and hold the rights to use the photo. Do not submit a celebrity or public figure, including a politician, or a protected character as the requested subject. Photos containing nudity are not permitted.

We do not offer a parent-or-guardian exception for an underage video subject. Inputs that appear underage or whose age is uncertain are rejected before generation. These are content-safety decisions, not identity or age certification.

Submit one photo through the provided input. Templates are built in and cannot be replaced. Do not try to submit a source video, reference-video URL or an alternative template through hidden request fields.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use the service to create, request, distribute or facilitate:

• Sexual exploitation, pornographic content or sexualized images of a minor.
• Non-consensual sexualized or private imagery, or another person's likeness without the required permission.
• Harassment, threats, defamation, fraud, deceptive impersonation or misleading political/endorsement claims.
• Infringement of copyright, privacy, publicity, trademarks or other rights.
• Attempts to evade input checks, access another user's media or interfere with service security.

Private access and continuing safety review

Input checks happen before generation, and any edited scene images are checked before use. Rejected inputs or required checks that cannot be completed do not proceed to generation. A completed result is available privately for preview and download while background safety checks and synthetic-media detection continue. Availability does not mean that review is complete.

We may withdraw access and download when content violates this policy and may suspend or close the responsible account. A high synthetic-media score alone does not establish a violation: the service produces AI content. A withdrawn task returns the credits actually deducted for it once; no deduction means no balance increase. Copies already downloaded or posted elsewhere cannot be remotely recalled by us.

AI labels and the optional text overlay

The export control Add AI-generated text is on by default. Switching it off changes only the additional visible text applied by this site before export. It does not remove or authorize removal of a provider's existing visible or embedded AI markings.

After exporting, do not remove, crop away, obscure or tamper with existing AI-generation labels or provenance information. When publishing, use the platform's required AI-content disclosure even if you did not include our optional text overlay. Do not represent the video as authentic footage or an endorsement.

Music and original material

Generated clips are silent. Choose music in TikTok when posting and follow the platform's terms and applicable music rights. The service does not supply a soundtrack or grant rights to a music track.

The built-in line-drawing motion guide derives actions, timing and composition from original material. The regenerated scene may include bystanders and a camera operator. Using a template or crediting the creator does not automatically clear all third-party rights. You remain responsible for the permissions needed for your photo and use of the result.

Report, takedown and review

Use Report or contact support without an account. Provide the content location, a way to contact you and the reason for the report. For sexualized or private imagery, identify that concern clearly; we remove reported content in that category within 48 hours. We take down content upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice. We may temporarily hide reported content while it is assessed.

We handle reports, notify affected users where appropriate, retain necessary restricted evidence and allow a challenge to an enforcement decision. Repeat infringement or serious abuse may lead to account termination. Contact support@bulin47-ai.me with the task or report reference if you believe a decision was mistaken.
