These bulin47-ai.me terms govern use of the website and its template-based image-to-video service. Read the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy with them. By creating an account, purchasing credits or requesting a video, you agree to these terms.

Photo permission and adult subjects

Use your own photo or obtain the person's explicit permission for their likeness to be used in AI-generated images and videos. You also need the rights to use the photograph. The depicted subject must be at least 18 years old, have reached legal adulthood where they live, and not be a celebrity or public figure.

We record this declaration and its version, your user ID, the input and task, the time and IP address. The adjacent evidence notice explains the 12-calendar-month retention described below. The declaration records what you confirm; it is not identity, age or rights certification.

The product

You submit one JPG, PNG or WebP photo up to 10 MB and select a built-in template and duration. The template cannot be replaced. There is no source-video upload or source-video URL field for users or administrators.

Your photo provides identity. The service supplies a built-in, silent line-drawing motion video, processed to mask identifying features, for actions, timing and framing. A scene image may also be used. The model generates a new full-colour video from these inputs; the original colour recording, soundtrack and a separate portrait of the original performer are not sent. There is no user video-submission feature.

The scene is regenerated. We do not deliberately change bystanders’ or the camera operator’s identities, but generation can change their appearance and other scene details.

The product is one silent, vertical 9:16, 720p MP4. It has no original recording, AI voice or music. Choose music in TikTok when posting, subject to the platform's terms and any applicable music rights. Purchasing the clip does not grant a music licence or rights in other people's footage, appearance or trademarks.

Credit packs and purchase availability

Live purchasing is coming soon. Stripe, PayPal and Waffo are separate payment options, each disabled until that channel is approved and enabled. Current purchase controls do not start a live checkout or collect payment.

You buy a one-time credit pack and spend credits on selected video generations. Credits never expire. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or free trial. One credit is the unit for one second of 480p output; 720p HD uses two credits per second. Only the resolutions currently offered in the generation table can be selected.

The first successfully paid order receives the displayed first-purchase discount once across all payment channels. Before authorization, the pack, currency, final total and applicable taxes are shown. A redirect back from checkout does not establish payment success; the purchase must be confirmed before credits are granted.

Credits are accepted only for this service’s generation. They are not transferable between users, tradable, accepted by third-party sellers or a general withdrawable cash balance. Eligible refunds of unused purchased credits are handled under the Refund Policy rather than as cash conversion.

A rendering failure or safety rejection returns the credits actually deducted for that video once. If you report that a delivered result does not look like you, that video’s actual deducted credits are returned once. No deduction means no balance increase. Unused purchased credits can be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of purchase; those credits are reserved during refund processing and removed once when the payment refund is confirmed. These rules do not limit mandatory consumer remedies.

Input checks, private delivery and background review

Photos are screened before generation for underage or uncertain-age subjects, celebrities, politicians, protected characters and nudity. A rejected input does not proceed; a required check that cannot be completed also blocks generation. Any edited scene images and fixed generation instructions are also checked.

A completed video is first made available for private preview and download while background safety review and synthetic-media detection continue. Availability is not a statement that review has finished. A synthetic-media score is a signal for review, not proof of wrongdoing; these videos are intentionally AI-generated.

If content violates the rules, we may withdraw access and download, notify you and take account action. A rejected, terminally failed or safety-withdrawn task returns its actual deducted credits once. Withdrawal disables access through this service and cannot recall copies already downloaded elsewhere. Contact support to challenge a decision.

AI labels and responsible sharing

Our visible AI-generated text overlay is on by default. You can switch off our additional text before export. This control does not remove or alter the provider's visible markings, embedded labels or provenance information.

After export, do not remove or tamper with existing AI labels. Use the destination platform's AI-content disclosure even if you exported without our optional text. Do not misrepresent the clip as authentic footage or an endorsement. The Acceptable Use Policy lists prohibited content and uses.

Your content and the evidence record

You keep the rights you hold in the photo. You authorize the storage, transmission, editing and review needed for the requested generation, support and permitted safety or legal handling. We do not publish for you or use your photo or result in marketing without separate permission.

Permission records, the original upload, generated video, review results, user ID, timestamps and IP are linked to the task and retained as restricted evidence for 12 calendar months. The period starts at a signed-in upload or post-sign-in draft claim, with a separate 12-month record for each reserved generation task; a shared photo remains until all linked periods and valid preservation holds end. They support authorization, safety, complaints and disputes. A documented legal preservation requirement may extend the necessary part of that record; it is not a blanket indefinite retention rule. The Privacy Policy explains deletion requests and provider-held copies.

Reports and enforcement

You can report copyright or abuse without an account. We remove reported sexualized or private imagery within 48 hours and take down content upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice. We may temporarily hide reported material while assessing it. We can remove content or suspend or close accounts for violations, including repeat infringement; affected users can contact support for review.

Accounts, responsibility and changes

Keep account credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access. Use support for account closure, access, export or deletion requests. Closing an account does not automatically erase restricted evidence or records retained under applicable legal obligations.

Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or remove rights to bring proceedings in competent courts. For questions or disputes, email support@bulin47-ai.me.

Material changes will be brought to your attention before taking effect where required. Future changes do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
